Sam has twenty years of experience in the wine industry with WSET (wine & spirit education trust) qualifications making him an experienced and effective wine educator.
Sam supplies wine to some of the finest restaurants and michelin-starred establishments in the Midlands and beyond. He also provides consultancy for those seeking direction and creativity in their wine category.

PRIVATE PARTIES
We offer 3 tasting experiences catering for parties as small as 8 attendees. We also hold events 100+ for corporate with our partner venues in the Midlands and Cotswolds. We also create a bespoke tasting experiences whatever the occasion. We bring the wine and all the kit so you can kick back and enjoy.
AN INTRODUCTION TO WINE
£45 per person.
Learn more about the wine basics, how to taste with some professional tips to make you feel more confident. We start with palate profiling, here you learn about your individual sense of taste and how this relates to your wine choices. Next we dive in and taste through white, red, rose, orange, fizz and others in-between.
CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING
£75 per person.
Become a fizz master. We take you on a journey to Champagne where you'll learn the difference between NV, Vintage and Grand Cru. Then on to taste the incredible value to be found in Cava country and learn why Prosecco is so popular. Our final stop is the phenomenon of Pet Nat in all its natural glory.
FINE WINE UNEARTHED
£150 per person.
Your chance to taste some posh kit with a guided tour through the some of the highest calibre wine regions of the world. Learn why they are so revered and why the wines are so sought after.
WINE & FOOD
An experience where taste and stories come together. We work with private chefs, experts in creating dishes with quality produce, much like our winemakers.
